Job Description:
Construction Leads are responsible for the day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects. Deliver a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in performing reconstruction services. They must have a working understanding of leading reconstruction projects from beginning to end, and all the skills required to complete that in a professional manner. This includes insulation, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, trim/casing install, as well as other skills.

- Base, Casing & Crown Cutting/Install
Qualifications:
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Excellent leadership skills

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Exposure to weather conditions such as heat, and cold.
Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
