As a local and national leader in the restoration industry, we help home and business owners get their lives back on track after disaster strikes. Our services include Water Damage Restoration, Fire/Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, Odor Remediation, & Biohazard Cleaning.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to service calls as needed
- Being on a rotating on-call schedule
- Performing services following SERVPRO® production guidelines
- Communicating with the Crew Chief to ensure customer needs are met
- Supporting crew members and production staff
- Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
Our technicians are dispatched to different jobsites throughout the week, providing constant variety and new challenges.

Earning Potential
Base Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour to start (Advancement and raises available)
On-Target Earnings (OTE) Most full-time technicians earn:
- $45,000–$55,000+ in total annual compensation in their first year • Top performers and team leaders regularly earn $60,000+ annually
These figures are based on actual employee earnings.
Additional Pay Opportunities Include:

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Lift 50 lbs regularly; up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Walk and stand for long periods
- Drive company vehicles
- Climb ladders
- Work at ceiling heights
- Work in crawl spaces and attics
- Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling
- Work with chemicals and equipment
- Occasionally wear a respirator
Exposure may include fumes, airborne particles, heat, odors, and loud environments.
Schedule
- Full-time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Frequent overtime, evenings, and weekends
- Primarily local travel
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule
